In honor of #WriterWednesday, or #WW, I am excited to show you all a sneak peak at the new cover for the sequel to my first novel.
Over Water is the second novel in my planned trilogy about Leora, the girl who started out in Into Fire learning how to control the magic she didn’t even know was in her blood. Over Water continues her story, as she travels to the homeland of her friend Lia, where they fear magic more than anything else.
What trials will she have to face, you ask? Well, you’ll just have to read it when it comes out.
This was designed by graphic designer Kim Ireland, whom I am blessed to call my friend. She was great to work with on this.
I’m very excited to have this done, as that means my second novel is one step closer to being in readers’ hands. It never truly feels real until you have the hard copy of your book in your hands, so I am anxiously awaiting the new year.
